We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Fullstack Engineer to join our Engineering Hub team. This role is located in Pune.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance full-stack solutions for our AI Hub platform serving global business units
- Spearhead the development and integration of AI/ML capabilities into core business workflows across the enterprise, driving automation and intelligent decision-making
- Provide strategic technical consulting to IT leadership and senior stakeholders across geographies, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and compliance requirements
- Architect and implement cloud-native AI solutions leveraging modern frameworks, microservices, and containerization technologies
- Develop and champion best practices for writing clean, testable, and efficient code across frontend and backend systems
- Drive automation initiatives including CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and infrastructure-as-code for AI/ML workloads
- Establish robust code quality standards through comprehensive reviews, static analysis, and performance optimization
- Ensure adherence to security principles, data protection regulations, and industry compliance standards (SOX, regulatory reporting, AI governance)
- Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation in AI technologies
- Collaborate with global teams across US, EMEA, and APAC time zones to deliver integrated AI solutions
- Own the AI modernization roadmap for the AI Hub platform while ensuring zero disruption to client delivery commitments
- Balance innovation with operational stability—enabling AI-driven efficiencies without compromising production SLAs
- Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- 15 + years of experience in leadership, technology & talent strategy with a track record of improving delivery performance and operational maturity at scale.
- Ability to work in a complex and matrix global organizational structure working with non-linear leadership roles and work both with control and influence
- Exceptional global stakeholder management and influence skills; ability to align senior leaders and technical teams across functions and geographies.
- Understanding of modern software engineering, agile ways of working, platform operating models and pragmatic governance in regulated environments.
- Proven expertise in execution metrics and analytics; ability to translate data into insights, decisions, and sustained improvements.
- Significant experience designing and operating vendor engagement models, governance, commercial discipline, and outcome-based delivery (pods/product teams).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
