About the Role:
Jaywant Group is looking for an experienced Civil Site Supervisor / Foreman to supervise daily construction activities, manpower and site execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily civil construction activities at site.
- Manage workers, subcontractors and site manpower.
- Execute work as per drawings, specifications and instructions.
- Monitor RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry and finishing works.
- Check material usage, workmanship and work progress.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, contractors and project teams.
- Maintain daily site records and progress updates.
- Ensure proper quality, safety and housekeeping at site.
- Complete assigned work within planned timelines.
Candidate Profile:
- Diploma / ITI / equivalent qualification in Civil.
- 5–10 years of experience in civil construction supervision.
- Strong knowledge of site execution and construction activities.
- Good manpower and contractor handling skills.
- Ability to read drawings and follow site instructions.
