Job Description – ELV Sales Executive / ELV Sales EngineerJob Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented ELV Sales Executive to drive business growth in the ELV and Security Systems segment. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing key accounts, preparing techno-commercial proposals, and achieving sales targets for security and automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for ELV and Security Systems.
- Promote and sell CCTV, Video Management Systems (VMS), Public Address (PA) Systems, Fire Detection & Alarm (FDA) Systems, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm, and other ELV solutions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Handle key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
- Prepare quotations, techno-commercial proposals, tenders, and negotiate contracts.
- Coordinate with the pre-sales, technical, and project teams for solution design and project execution.
- Follow up on enquiries, leads, and payment collections.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM records, and sales forecasts.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of ELV and Security Systems.
- Experience in selling CCTV, VMS, PA Systems, Fire Detection & Alarm Systems, Access Control, and other ELV solutions.
- Knowledge of Telecommunication Systems.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong customer relationship and key account management abilities.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to prepare techno-commercial proposals and conduct client meetings.
- Self-motivated with strong business development skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or any related field.
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–6 years of experience in ELV, Security Systems, CCTV, Fire Alarm, or Telecom Solution Sales.
- Experience in handling corporate clients, government projects, banks, or institutional customers will be preferred.
