About the Role
The Center Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Skill Center, ensuring smooth functioning of training activities, coordinating with trainers, students, and project teams, and maintaining documentation as per project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Skill Center and ensure adherence to project guidelines.
- Coordinate with trainers, mobilizers, and support staff for seamless training delivery.
- Manage student enrollment, attendance, assessments, and placement-related documentation.
- Liaise with local stakeholders, community leaders, and partner organizations.
- Maintain center data, MIS reports, and submit timely updates to management.
- Organize center events, industry visits, guest lectures, and placement activities.
- Ensure availability of training materials and maintain center infrastructure.
- Address student queries and provide necessary support throughout their training journey.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline (Education, Social Work, Management preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in training centers, vocational education, CSR, NGO, or community development projects.
- Strong communication and people-management skills.
- English, Odia – Mandatory. Hindi Preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and comfort with digital reporting tools.
- Ability to work with youth from rural/economically weaker backgrounds.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling center operations independently.
