What You'll Do
✔ Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Core Java, Scala, and Spark.
✔ Build scalable, high-performance systems supporting complex business workflows.
✔ Develop robust, reusable, and well-tested software following Agile and SDLC best practices.
✔ Collaborate with business analysts and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
✔ Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability for enterprise workloads.
✔ Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and continuous platform improvements.
What We're Looking For
✔ 5–7 years of software development experience using Core Java.
✔ Experience with Scala, Apache Spark, SQL, and relational databases.
✔ Strong understanding of distributed systems, software architecture, and design patterns.
✔ Experience with Agile, Scrum, SDLC, and enterprise application development.
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
✔ Experience in financial services, capital markets, or investment banking is highly preferred.
