Sales Onboarding Executive

> Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to hotel owners and prospects via calls, email, and online platforms
- Understand client requirements, challenges, and business goals
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with timely follow-ups
- Prepare customized proposals, pricing, and quotations
- Negotiate terms and close deals while maintaining profitability
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer support)
- Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Track sales metrics, performance, and forecasting
> Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
- Strong communication skills (English, Gujarati, and Hindi)
- Comfortable with cold calling and client outreach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Willingness to work night (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST )

- Experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Ability to explain technical products in a simple & compelling way
- Strong relationship-building and account management skills
- Good understanding of sales pipelines and conversion strategies
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
