Facilitator
Job Summary:
The Facilitator in the KV - KOVE department plays a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of students. They are responsible for creating a conducive learning environment and facilitating engaging activities to enhance the educational experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate interactive learning sessions for students.
- Provide support and guidance to students in their academic pursuits.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure effective delivery of educational programs.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback for improvement.
- Organize and coordinate educational events and workshops.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of educational principles and practices.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
