CTC: Up to ₹30 LPA
Fixed: ₹15 LPA + Performance Variable: ₹15 LPA
Incentives: Up to 100% of Performance Variable

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years in International IT Sales / Business Development
- Proven record of achieving sales targets and revenue quotas
- Strong B2B, Enterprise & Consultative Sales experience
- Client acquisition, cold calling, email & LinkedIn outreach
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo & CRM
- Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- Knowledge of Cloud, AI, CRM, ERP, ETL & software development
- Strong stakeholder and client relationship management
- MBA in Sales & Marketing required
- Willingness to travel as required
