Job Description – Quality Executive Position
Department: Quality Assurance / Quality Control
Location: VTR Industries Pvt. Ltd., Kharagpur, West Bengal
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 6months –1Years (Freshers with good technical knowledge are welcome to apply)
Qualification: 12th pass
Salary: 10,000-12,000
Job Summary:
VTR Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Executive to ensure that products meet the company's quality standards and customer expectations. The candidate will be responsible for conducting inspections, maintaining quality records, identifying defects, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives throughout the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify quality issues and report non-conformities to the Production and Quality Manager.
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using standard measuring instruments.
- Maintain quality inspection reports, check sheets, and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and work instructions.
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Support internal quality audits and process improvement initiatives.
- Verify product specifications, measurements, and appearance before dispatch.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the quality inspection area.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
Required Skills:
- Understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Measuring Tape, and Height Gauge.
- Ability to read engineering drawings is an added advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation.
Eligibility:
