We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the company's revenue growth. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Meet prospective customers and present products/services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close sales deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of sales experience (freshers may be considered for entry-level roles).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
