About the Role
Dyneton is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Business Development Executive for the Noida location. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, managing B2B sales, and helping SMEs expand their business globally through Alibaba.com's platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field sales, cold calling, referrals, and client meetings.
- Identify and acquire potential SMEs for Alibaba.com membership solutions.
- Conduct client presentations and explain Alibaba.com products, services, and packages.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and support.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
- Ability to build relationships and close deals effectively.
- Good understanding of sales processes and client management.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of digital sales, e-commerce, SaaS, or internet-based solutions will be an added advantage.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Experience in Alibaba.com, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial, Digital Marketing, SaaS, Internet Sales, or E-commerce industry preferred.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales activities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
