We are seeking a confident, driven, and high-energy Client Acquisition Executive to spearhead our growth and manage our end-to-end sales lifecycle. In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our market presence from strategic lead generation and outbound outreach to final deal closure.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sales Management: Own the entire client acquisition funnel from initial contact and pitch to negotiation and closure.
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound calling, emailing, and social selling to build a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Meeting Management: Schedule, organize, and lead pitches and discovery calls with potential clients to understand their needs.
- Relationship Building: Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, deeply understanding their requirements and presenting tailored solutions.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition targets to drive business growth.
- CRM & Pipeline Hygiene: Maintain meticulous, up-to-date records of all sales activities, interactions, and forecasts in our sales tracking systems.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 1–2 years of proven success in Sales, Business Development, or Account Acquisition.
- Domain Expertise: Prior experience working within the social media, digital marketing, or content marketplace industries is highly preferred.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions simply and persuasively.
- Sales Grit: A proactive self-starter who is genuinely confident in cold calling, handling objections, and building rapport from scratch.
- Organization: Highly organized with strong appointment-setting, follow-up, and time-management skills.
Good to Have
- Prior experience collaborating with digital agencies, content creators, or marketing service providers.
- Hands-on familiarity with modern CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation software.

Pay: ₹10,079.10 - ₹40,494.82 per month
