Key Responsibilities and Deliverables1. Client Coordination & Account Management
- Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for customers.
- Coordinate between client and internal teams for seamless operations.
- Ensure client requirements and deliverables are met as agreed.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle client queries and escalations effectively.
2. Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations in line with defined SOPs.
- Ensure smooth execution of logistics/CHA activities.
- Track all operational activities and maintain records.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Measure and track operational performance of accounts.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports.
- Monitor KPIs and service levels.
- Conduct regular performance reviews.
- Provide insights for improving efficiency.
4. Billing & Collections
- Ensure timely billing as per completed activities.
- Coordinate with accounts for invoice generation.
- Track collections and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Ensure accuracy in billing processes.
- Support revenue realization and cash flow management.
5. Process Improvement & Compliance
- Work on continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and company policies.
- Standardize workflows for better efficiency.
- Support audits and documentation requirements.
- Drive automation and system improvements where possible.
6. Team Management & Collaboration
- Conduct monthly team meetings and resolve issues systematically.
- Foster teamwork and a collaborative work environment.
- Coordinate with functional leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Guide team members for better performance.
- Maintain positive workplace relationships.
