# Inside Sales Associate

### Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and target-oriented Inside Sales Associate to drive patient acquisition and revenue growth. The role involves managing inbound and outbound leads generated through digital, aggregator, and referral channels, converting them into OPD appointments and surgical procedures. The ideal candidate should possess strong consultative selling, objection-handling, and follow-up skills while maintaining high CRM and process compliance standards.
**Note:** This is a pure sales role operating in a structured, high-call-volume call center environment. Candidates must be comfortable handling continuous telephonic interactions and working against revenue targets.
### Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound and outbound leads across digital, aggregator, and referral channels.
* Act as the first point of contact for prospective patients and guide them through the consultation and treatment journey.
* Qualify leads by understanding patient requirements, treatment history, and intent.
* Drive conversions through consultative selling by explaining clinic options, appointment availability, treatment benefits, and addressing objections related to cost, distance, or decision-making.
* Ensure timely lead response and complete lead coverage as per defined SLA and follow-up processes.
* Execute structured follow-up activities through calls, WhatsApp, and SMS to move leads from inquiry to appointment and procedure.
* Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM, including lead dispositions, conversation notes, and next follow-up actions.
* Consistently achieve monthly revenue, conversion, and productivity targets.
* Participate in daily team meetings, call reviews, and coaching sessions to improve sales performance.
### Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Achievement of monthly revenue targets.
* Lead-to-Opportunity (L2O) conversion rate.
* Lead-to-Intent (L2I) conversion rate.
* Lead coverage and response time compliance.
* Follow-up adherence as per SOP.
* CRM hygiene and same-day disposition compliance.
* Daily talk-time and contact-rate targets.
### Candidate Profile
* Graduate in any discipline.
* 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or outbound sales roles with revenue accountability.
* Prior experience in Health Insurance, Life Insurance, BFSI, HealthTech, Surgical/Treatment Sales, or similar consultative sales environments is preferred.
* Candidates from organizations such as PolicyBazaar, Niva Bupa, Star Health, Care Health, HDFC Life, ICICI Prudential, Bajaj Allianz, Pristyn Care, Hexa Health, MediBuddy, and similar companies will be preferred.
* Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
* Excellent persuasion, negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
* Prior experience with CRM tools such as Zoho, LeadSquared, or similar platforms is an advantage.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
