Chandrashekhar has a good knowledge of ESP execution in detail including pre-commissioning activities. He has executed complete ESP on behalf of L&T in previous projects. He is very much aware of the erection methodologies being followed in ESP erection and also the checking philosophies being followed at different stages of erection. He has a sound estimation of resource requirement for completion of job including manpower. He is conversant with the L&T safety guidelines / standards which is maintained at project sites. In Nabinagar, he needs to plan and arrange for his resources in advance and get the same executed by the erection agency in line with the schedule. He needs to take care of the job safety on day to day basis in line with the company guidelines and also achieve product quality in the first attempt itself.
