Senior Telesales Executive – Banking Loans Process (Freshers Welcome)
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads.
- Explain banking loan products, eligibility criteria, and benefits.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate loan solutions.
- Follow up with customers regarding loan applications and documentation.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the processing team to ensure smooth loan processing.
Required Skills
- Good verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
CTC: 1.80LPA to 3 LPA + Performance Based Incentives
Timing : 9:30 Am to 6:30 Pm (Monday to Saturday)
Location: Annanagar (Near Thirumangalam Metro)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
