Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations including housekeeping,maintenance, security and safety.
- Develop and enforce policies for effective facility management.
- Evaluate and monitor staff and contractor performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Build and maintain vendor and supplier relationships.
- Manage and optimize facility budgets.
- Report on performance metrics and facility operations.
- Strategize to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
