- Operational Management: Direct daily activities, including denting, painting, and repair workflows to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished repairs to ensure they meet quality and safety standards, including paint matching.
- Customer & Insurance Relations: Handle customer complaints, manage insurance adjusters, and ensure accurate insurance claims.
- Financial Control: Track work-in-progress (WIP), manage costs, and prepare billing.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and motivate technicians to maintain productivity and safety.
