Job Title: Tele Marketing Executive
Location: Sector 16, Noida, Uttar Pradesh(Client Location)
Salary: Rs. 20,000 – Rs. 30,000 per month (depending on interview)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Week Off: 2 Rotational Week Offs
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to business customers and promote Justdial's products and services.
- Handle inbound calls from customers and business users, resolving their queries and providing product information.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Generate sales through effective communication and relationship building.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- B.Tech freshers are not eligible.
- Prior experience in Tele Sales, Tele Marketing, Customer Service, or Voice Process will be an advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable communicating in Hindi or English. Strong verbal communication skills in either Hindi or English are required.
- Knowledge of B2B and B2C sales is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
