Lead Product Designer (Consultant) — 10+ Years

About the Role
As a Lead Product Designer (Consultant), you’ll work closely with the Platform Design Director to drive end-to-end UX
strategy and execution for key areas of the Circles.X platform. You will independently own large product domains
across acquisition, engagement/retention, monetization, and platform experiences for our B2B2X SaaS ecosystem.
This role requires a strong systems thinker who can solve complex product problems, influence stakeholders, and
create scalable user experiences that balance business goals with customer needs. You’ll collaborate closely with
Product, Engineering, Research, and Business teams from discovery through launch and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive UX strategy and execution for major product areas within the Circles.X platform.
- Lead discovery workshops, customer problem identification, journey mapping, and experience definition.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering leaders to identify strategic opportunities and shape product
direction.
- Drive user research initiatives, usability studies, and insight synthesis to improve customer experience and business
outcomes.
- Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Define scalable interaction patterns, design standards, and contribute to evolving the design system.
- Provide design direction and constructive feedback to other designers when needed.
- Present design rationale, strategic thinking, and key learnings to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Review releases pre- and post-launch using qualitative and quantitative data to ensure high-quality user
experiences.
- Drive design excellence while balancing speed, scalability, and business priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Product Design, preferably across both B2B and B2C platforms.
- Strong expertise in UX strategy, interaction design, visual design, and systems thinking.
- Proven experience owning large product areas and driving end-to-end design execution independently.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and research practices.
- Proficiency in Figma, Miro, Jira, and modern prototyping/design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex problem-solving, UX thinking, scalable systems, and polished UI execution.
- Experience collaborating closely with senior stakeholders, engineering teams, and product leadership.
- Experience utilizing AI/LLM tools to improve research, design workflows, productivity, and ideation.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver under tight timelines.
