Qualifications:
Education: BE (any stream) / Diploma / ITI
Experience: 1 to 2+ years in BMS operations
Role & Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor the Building Management System (BMS)
- Ensure smooth functioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & security systems
- Respond to system alarms and faults as the first line of action
- Record and maintain system logs, performance data, and incident reports
- Assist facility teams by providing system data and analysis
- Monitor energy usage and recommend efficiency improvements
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for system maintenance and upgrades
- Ensure compliance with safety and building standards
Required Skills:
- Basic engineering knowledge
- Knowledge of Kannada is mandatory
- Site adaptability and fieldwork readiness
- Understanding of DDC panel wiring, GA drawings
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Strong communication skills in English & local language
