Job Description
• As an Engineering Resource, you will be responsible for all Engineering related work as communicated to you by the Company from time to time and which is more specifically mentioned in Annexure ‘A’ attached to this JD (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”). • Your initial place of rendering Services will be Hyderabad. You may be instructed to render Services in any other site of the Company across India as may be required by the Company from time to time. • You shall use your best efforts, professional skills, and abilities in the performance of the Services hereunder and to provide your expert advice whenever required by the Company. • Operation and maintenance of core technical services • Should have significant knowledge of basics of electrical and mechanical engineering. • He should be able to read schematic drawings, layouts etc. • Liasion with Landlord and all third party to ensure smooth operation of services which supports Genpact. • Estimate implementation work and ensure programs are adequately resourced, working to source the teams internally or externally as required • Plan and Conduct evacuation drills for the site. • Ensure all agreements, licenses and regulatory/statutory approvals are renewed on time. • Ownership for regulatory and ISO audits for the site • Prepare the budget for building operations, execution of work, monitoring, and controlling monthly provisions. • End to end asset management • Ensure proper Inventory management • Exploring new technology to bring efficiency in the system. • Liaison with govt/non govt agencies for any work related to legal compliances • Coordination between vendor and accounts payable team for timely receiving of materials and timely releasing of vendor payment Checking on maintenance of other office assets and consumables (High side as well as low side equipment) • Work with the Facility Management, Security, IT team and all other service provider to get integrated approach for seamless execution of work. • Ensure safety and security in any kind of activity in the facility is in place • Control and command FM team to ensure seamless work execution • Will be responsible for leading all technical audits internal and external both and ensure there is no NC. • Primary responsibility would be operation and maintenance and the secondary would be projects and engineering. • The candidate should be a team player and expecting him to work hand in hand with Logistics, EHS, FM team, security, IT team. Also, he will be having integrated approach to manage the operation • Time management, cost management, resource management should be part of daily practice. • Annual budgeting, expense management would be part of his responsibility • Develop and implement BIM standards and protocols across projects; • Provide training and guidance to project teams on BIM software tools and workflows; • Coordinate with design and construction teams to ensure BIM models meet project requirements; • Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate BIM integration and data exchange; • Manage BIM data and model libraries for reuse and best practices; • Monitor and ensure compliance with BIM project goals and timelines.
