We are interested in hiring a dedicated and hardworking individual as a Tele caller to join our sales department
As a tele caller , you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely.
You are required to fallow up with them on a regular basis. You should be an excellent communicator along with convincing abilities.
Responsibilities
Answering Phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company. Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
collect customer information. Asking questions to customer and understanding their specifications. Maintaining the data base of the customers on a regular basis.
Requirements
Have 2+ years work experience as a Tele caller, Telemarketing , or a similar role in the sales Department.
Ability to work in flexible hours with customer required time.
Strong Knowledge and understanding of customer Relationship Management
