Urban Company is looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Associate, to expand its partner network for InstaHelp services. This is a *field-intensive role* that involves visiting residential clusters across Mumbai to identify, engage, and onboard domestic help professionals (maids) onto the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits in assigned areas
- dentify and approach potential service partners (maids/domestic helpers)
- Explain Urban Company’s InstaHelp platform, benefits, and earning opportunities
- Build trust and maintain relationships with local communities and partners
- Meet weekly onboarding targets
- Collect market insights and competitor information from the field
