Job Summary:
The Steward is responsible for ensuring excellent guest service by maintaining cleanliness, assisting in food and beverage service, and supporting the overall operations of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service & Support:
- Assist in setting up dining areas, ensuring tables are properly arranged and clean.
- Provide courteous and efficient service to guests, ensuring their needs are met.
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables.
Cleanliness & Hygiene:
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and kitchen support areas.
- Ensure proper handling of cutlery, crockery, and glassware.
- Follow hygiene and sanitation standards as per company policies.
Stock & Inventory Management:
- Assist in stocking and organizing service equipment and supplies.
- Refill water, condiments, and other table essentials as needed.
Teamwork & Coordination:
- Work closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in clearing tables promptly and resetting them for new guests.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
