Assistant Training Manager – Job Description
Merlis Hotels is looking for a passionate and dynamic Assistant Training Manager to support employee learning, development, and service excellence initiatives across the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and conducting training programs for all departments
- Coordinate induction and onboarding sessions for new employees
- Maintain training records, attendance, and evaluation reports
- Support departmental trainers and monitor training effectiveness
- Conduct grooming, service standards, and behavioral training sessions
- Coordinate with HODs to identify training needs
- Ensure compliance training and SOP training are completed on time
- Support employee engagement and development activities
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel training/L&D preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Knowledge of hospitality service standards
- Regional language (Tamil) preferred
- 5-star hotel experience preferred
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
