A Store Executive is responsible for managing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and supporting sales targets. The role involves supervising staff, handling customer queries, and ensuring the store runs efficiently and profitably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day store operations
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Manage and monitor stock levels, inventory, and ordering
- Assist in achieving sales targets and store profitability
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Supervise and support store staff
- Prepare sales reports and maintain records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in retail or store management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and leadership abilities
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
