The Role:
We are seeking a highly organized CRM Manager to take complete ownership of the post-sales customer journey for our premium homebuyers, ensuring a seamless experience from booking to handover.
What You'll Do:
- Manage end-to-end post-sales operations, client communications, and documentation.
- Drive and track payment collections, ensuring timely milestone realizations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for buyers, resolving queries and coordinating with internal teams (sales, engineering, finance).
What You Need:
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on CRM experience in Real Estate (Apartments & Villas mandatory).
- Strong expertise and proven success in post-sales management and payment collection.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
