Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and technically competent Senior Civil Engineer to oversee and independently manage construction activities at our Ranchi project site. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality, planning, coordination, contractor management, and timely completion of civil and finishing works.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise day-to-day site execution and construction activities.
- Ensure proper execution of RCC, structural, civil, and finishing works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Independently coordinate and monitor overall site activities to ensure timely project progress.
- Manage and coordinate engineers, supervisors, contractors, subcontractors, and labour teams.
- Review and interpret structural, architectural, and civil drawings.
- Monitor quantities, BOQ, measurements, estimation, billing, and contractor RA bills.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, daily progress reports, and site planning.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per required quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal project teams for smooth execution.
- Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Monitor material requirements, usage, and reconciliation at the project site.
- Ensure project activities are completed within the planned timeline, quality, and budget requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of RCC and building construction.
- Good understanding of finishing and civil works.
- Strong site execution and construction management skills.
- Knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, measurement, billing, and rate analysis.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Strong contractor, labour, and team-handling skills.
- Good project planning and coordination abilities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for overall site activities.
Preferred Experience
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:
- Large-scale residential projects
- Commercial building projects
- High-rise / multi-storey construction
- Real estate development projects
- RCC and finishing-intensive projects
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be a hands-on site professional with 5–7 years of relevant experience in building construction. The candidate must be capable of independently handling site execution, coordinating multiple teams, managing contractors, and ensuring smooth and timely project completion.
Immediate/early joiners and candidates who can join by 15th September 2026 will be preferred.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
