Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and execution-focused Project Engineer with 3+ years of experience in electrical project execution. The ideal candidate should have hands-on site execution experience in Industrial, Commercial, and Residential electrical projects and be capable of independently managing project activities from planning to handover while coordinating with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise HT & LT electrical installations at project sites.
- Plan, monitor, and control day-to-day project execution activities.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, PMC teams, and contractors for smooth project execution.
- Lead and supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and skilled workforce.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Coordinate procurement of materials and ensure timely availability at site.
- Verify drawings, BOQs, and specifications before execution.
- Prepare measurement sheets, RA bills, final bills, and quantity reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain as-built drawings, project documentation, and progress reports.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Attend project review meetings and provide regular progress updates.
- Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of HT & LT electrical systems and installations.
- Experience in Industrial, Commercial, and Residential electrical projects.
- Ability to independently handle site execution and project coordination.
- Knowledge of project planning, billing, documentation, and quantity estimation.
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings and BOQs.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site teams effectively.

- Experience in handling complete electrical works at project sites.
- Good knowledge of quality and safety standards.
- Willingness to work at Chakan, Pune and travel to other project sites as required.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling project responsibilities independently.
Compensation
- Salary: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹7 LPA (Negotiable based on experience and project handling capability)
