Game Technician:

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Game Technician to support the maintenance and operation of arcade and amusement equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting day-to-day technical operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot arcade and amusement equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, mechanical, and operational issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine equipment servicing.
- Install, configure, and test gaming equipment as required.
- Replace faulty components and perform basic repairs to restore equipment functionality.
- Conduct equipment testing and calibration to ensure proper operation.
- Maintain service records, maintenance logs, and related documentation.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and report replenishment requirements.
- Support equipment upgrades and technical improvements.
- Assist team members with equipment operation and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with external service providers when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support daily technical operations and help minimize equipment downtime.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in arcade, amusement, gaming equipment, or electronics maintenance.
- Knowledge of electronics, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance.
- Ability to read technical documentation and equipment manuals.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency for reporting and record-keeping.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with arcade, amusement, or entertainment equipment.
- Familiarity with electronic testing and diagnostic tools.
- Experience in family entertainment centers, gaming venues, or similar environments.
