We are looking for a skilled VFD/AC Drive Service & Programming Engineer for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, programming, and maintenance of Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and industrial automation systems. VFD Specially YASKAWA make.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and commissioning of Yaskawa VFD/AC Drives.
- Programming and parameterization of VFDs/Servo/PLC/HMI.
- Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis at customer sites.
- Panel testing and electrical wiring verification.
- PLC and HMI interfacing with VFDs.
- Drive replacement and retrofit activities.
- Preparation of service reports and technical documentation.
- Customer support and training.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with VFDs such as Yaskawa, L&T, Hitachi.
- Knowledge of induction motors and motor control systems.
- Understanding of PLC, HMI, Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP communication.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and control schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for site service activities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Sugar, Power, Cement, Steel, Paper, Water Treatment, or Process Industries.
- Knowledge of energy-saving applications and automation projects.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
