Hamnil Engineering is seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sales Engineer to support our industrial sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day sales activities, preparing quotations, following up with customers, processing orders, and coordinating with customers to ensure smooth business operations. The role requires occasional travel for customer visits, business meetings, and technical discussions.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare techno-commercial offers and quotations as per customer requirements.
Follow up on submitted quotations and negotiate with customers to secure orders.
Process and book customer orders in the system.
Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, orders, deliveries, and documentation.
Maintain regular communication with existing customers and develop new business opportunities.
Prepare and submit sales reports and maintain customer records.
Coordinate internally with procurement, operations, and accounts teams for order execution.
Support customers with basic product information and application-related discussions.
Attend customer meetings, site visits, and technical discussions as required.
Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
