Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily production schedules and achieve targets.
- Coordinate with Fabrication, Machine Shop, Polishing, Assembly, Planning, QA & Dispatch.
- Monitor NCR, CAPA, rework and production issues.
- Identify downtime/waste and implement corrective actions.
- Drive 5S, Kaizen, safety and continuous improvement.
- Lead technicians and ensure smooth shop-floor operations.

Preferred Candidate
- Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 3–5 years in Production/Fabrication/Manufacturing.
- Shop-floor and team-handling experience preferred.
