JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate STEM / Robotics Academic Trainer to deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned STEM and Robotics education in schools through experiential and activity-based learning. The role involves fostering curiosity, enhancing conceptual understanding, and promoting hands-on learning among students. The trainer will collaborate closely with school staff and internal teams to ensure effective program implementation and a high-quality learning experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver interactive STEM and Robotics sessions using activity-based and experiential teaching methodologies
- Conduct hands-on experiments, projects, and live classroom demonstrations
- Support school teachers in integrating STEM and Robotics concepts into regular classroom instruction
- Ensure proper setup, maintenance, and utilization of STEM/Robotics kits, tools, and learning materials
- Monitor and assess student participation, engagement, and learning outcomes
- Maintain a disciplined, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
- Coordinate with school authorities and internal teams for seamless program execution
- Travel to assigned schools to conduct training sessions and implement programs
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- B.Ed. required; Bhubaneswar-based candidates preferred; RIE alumni preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in classroom or activity-based teaching
- Experience in STEM, Robotics, or ATL programs (hands-on implementation preferred)
- Familiarity with STEM kits, robotics tools, or hands-on learning platforms is an advantage

WORK LOCATION
· Bhubaneswar, Odisha (requires travel to assigned schools across Odisha)
Pay: ₹214,000.00 - ₹288,000.00 per year
