Job Description:
Kelsons Engineers & Fabricators is looking for a Purchase Officer to manage procurement activities for engineering and fabrication projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor development and supplier management
- Obtain and compare quotations from vendors
- Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up on deliveries
- Procure engineering, fabrication, electrical, hardware, and consumable materials
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Accounts departments
- Maintain purchase records, documentation, and reports
- Ensure timely material availability as per project requirements
Requirements:
- Graduate / Diploma in Engineering or relevant field
- 2–5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement
- Knowledge of engineering and fabrication materials
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple vendors

Salary: As per experience and company standards
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
