Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate Technical Recruiter with 2–4 years of IT recruitment experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, sourcing top technical talent, coordinating interviews, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical candidates.
- Negotiate offers and manage offer rollouts.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment data in ATS and prepare hiring reports.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and campus hiring drives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of Technical Recruitment experience in the IT/Software industry.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
- Hands-on experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience hiring for AI/ML, Cloud, Data Engineering, Full Stack Development, DevOps, or emerging technologies.
- Experience with recruitment analytics and reporting.
- Exposure to employer branding and campus recruitment.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
