What You Will Do:
Reach out to potential customers through outbound and inbound calls to pitch our products/services.
Understand customer needs and guide them through the sales process.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets (and unlock great incentives!).
Maintain a accurate and up-to-date database of customer interactions.
Deliver exceptional customer service and represent our brand with enthusiasm.
What We Are Looking For:
- Education: Diploma or Any Graduate can apply
- Experience: 0 - 3 years and Freshers are highly welcome!.
- Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in Tamil and manageable/good English.
- Added Benefits: Knowing language like Kanada, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi will be additionally paid with Rs.1000.
- Mindset: High energy, target-driven, and a never-give-up attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with calling systems is a plus.
