Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven B2B Sales Manager to independently grow our dealer network and drive bulk sales. This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role where you will be responsible for generating leads, making calls, closing deals, and managing dealer relationships end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sales Execution: Own the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation and cold calling to closing deals and maintaining relationships.
- Dealer Acquisition & Growth: Identify, approach, and onboard new dealers and distributors while actively growing business from existing ones.
- Bulk Sales: Drive bulk orders by consistently pitching to dealers, retailers, and institutional buyers.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealers to ensure repeat business and steady growth.
- After-Sales Coordination: Act as the point of contact for dealers post-sale and coordinate internally to resolve issues and ensure smooth service.
- Daily Outreach & Pipeline Building: Make consistent sales calls, follow-ups, and build a strong pipeline to meet and exceed targets.
- Market Feedback: Share on-ground insights, dealer feedback, and competitor activity to help improve products and sales strategy.
Requirements
- 1–6 years of experience in B2B sales (dealer/distribution experience preferred) - Freshers can also apply
- Strong calling, pitching, and closing skills
- Highly self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently without a team
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and follow-ups
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
