Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our fast-growing gifting company. As an Operations Executive, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. You will be responsible for overseeing inventory management, coordinating with vendors, monitoring order processing, and ensuring timely dispatch. Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end order processing, including order confirmation, tracking, and delivery coordination.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely procurement and dispatch of products.

Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the inventory management team to ensure product availability.

Ensure packaging, labeling, and quality standards are maintained for all outgoing products.

Address and resolve any operational issues or delays efficiently.

Generate reports on order status, inventory levels, and operational performance.

Implement and monitor operational processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth transportation and delivery.

Maintain detailed records of orders, shipments, and vendor communications.

Assist in operational planning and strategy development for peak seasons.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and other operational management tools.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of inventory management systems and order processing workflows.
