Designation: Network Engineer
Description of Role(s)
- Manage and maintain enterprise level LAN/WAN networks.
- Configuration and management of core devices, switches, routers, wireless access points.
- Configuration and management of firewalls to secure internal resources and inbound/outbound connections.
- Monitoring of local and remote networks consists of heterogeneous types of devices.
- Analysis and troubleshooting of networking and performance issues in physical and logical networks.
- Understanding and resolving real-time problems reported by local and remote users.
- Follow the helpdesk processes and SLAs while handling trouble tickets.
- Reporting and documentation of daily network and performance issues.
- Provide on-call support during weekends if need.
- New Centre rollout & configuration
- Setup Cloud servers, Proactive monitoring tools & helpdesk systems
Technical Skills required :-
- The engineer will provide support for Desktop/Laptop, Printer problems.
- Troubleshoot Network connectivity issues over LAN & WiFi
- Should be able to prioritize issues and assist HR & CXO team as and when required.
- Operating Systems (OS) installation / re-installation, upgrades and patches for desktops. Knowledge of all flavors of windows (Windows 7/Windows 8 and Windows 10 is necessary and knowledge of Apple OS is required.
- Knowledge of how to configure emails clients on iPhone and other Android phones.
- Installation and Configuration of Outlook 2007/2010 and 2013 version
- Should have worked on VC's, CCTV's and Access control devices and should be aware of how this function.
- Installation of anti-virus on desktops and remove Virus.
- Should be well versed with the latest technology available
