About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and driven Junior -Talent Acquisition to join our team and support technical hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles and possess a strong understanding of various technology domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Source technical candidates through recruitment vendors and staffing partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure a consistent talent pipeline.
Share job requirements with vendors and monitor candidate submissions.
Screen and evaluate candidate profiles against job requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates, vendors, and hiring managers.
Track candidate progress and provide regular feedback to vendors.
Ensure timely closure of open technical positions.
Maintain recruitment trackers, vendor databases, and hiring reports.
Negotiate timelines and manage hiring expectations with vendors.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
6 Months to 1 Year of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Vendor Management.
Experience working with recruitment agencies, staffing partners, or vendors.
Basic understanding of technical roles and IT hiring.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and vendor partnerships simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tools.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in technical recruitment and vendor coordination.
Knowledge of hiring metrics and recruitment processes.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
