Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Junior Chef with 3 -10 years of experience in hotel or restaurant kitchens. The candidate must possess a Hotel Management qualification and have good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness as per kitchen standards
- Follow recipes and presentation guidelines
- Support senior chefs during service hours
- Ensure food quality and safety standards are maintained
