Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Personal Assistant cum HR Recruiter to support the management with daily tasks and also handle end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Assistant Duties:
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for management.
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence professionally.
- Organize travel arrangements, events, and office documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Recruitment & Hiring Duties:
- Post job openings on various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist candidates.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
- Assist in onboarding new hires.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, HR Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent communication & organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & recruitment portals.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills & professional attitude.
