About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Nursing Superintendent to lead and oversee nursing operations within our hospital. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of patient care, nursing excellence, regulatory compliance, and staff management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all nursing services and nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, hospital policies, and clinical protocols.
- Monitor patient care quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage nursing workforce planning, scheduling, and staffing requirements.
- Oversee infection control practices and patient safety measures.
- Coordinate with doctors, department heads, and hospital administration.
- Conduct staff training, performance evaluations, and competency assessments.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and reports.
- Handle patient grievances and ensure excellent patient experience.
Qualifications
- P.B.B.Sc Nursing / B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
Experience Required
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in hospital nursing services.
- Prior experience in supervisory, administrative, or leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of NABH accreditation standards and hospital operations.
- Experience in staffing management, infection control, and patient care standards.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
