As we expand our broking business, we aim to leverage this highly engaged user base to drive account openings, activations, and advisory revenues. Unlike traditional brokerage models, the focus is on converting warm leads from existing users rather than pure cold calling. Role Overview Build and scale the Broking & Advisory function by hiring and managing Team Leaders, Advisors, and Sales Executives. Drive client acquisition, activation, advisory growth, and team productivity. Key Responsibilities • Build and lead a 50+ member acquisition and advisory organization. • Hire, train, and manage Team Leaders, Advisors, and Sales Executives. • Drive account opening, activation, and advisory revenue targets. • Leverage Quantsapp’s user base to improve conversion efficiency. • Establish KPIs, incentive structures, and performance reviews. • Ensure compliance and a superior client experience. Desired Profile • 8–15 years of retail broking sales/advisory experience. • Proven ability to build and scale large teams. • Strong understanding of acquisition, advisory, and revenue management. • Hands-on leadership with excellent execution skills.
