Job Summary:
Support HR team in recruitment and daily HR operations, including handling interviews and basic team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and conduct initial interviews; shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate with department managers to understand and fulfill hiring needs
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process until joining
- Assist in offer rollout and onboarding documentation
- Support onboarding and ensure smooth joining formalities
- Monitor and maintain attendance, shifts, and leave records
- Handle attendance tracking and basic workforce coordination
- Support day-to-day HR operations
Requirements:
- Graduate (HR or related field preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Location: Badem
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
