Job Title: Loss Prevention Executive
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Retail Audit, Loss Prevention, Inventory Management, or Store Operations.
Job Summary
We are hiring a Loss & Prevention Executive to ensure effective retail store operations by conducting audits, minimizing inventory and cash losses, maintaining SOP compliance, and improving operational standards across stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct stock, cash, and store audits as per schedule.
- Identify inventory discrepancies, shrinkage, and pilferage.
- Ensure compliance with cash handling, billing, stock transfer, and store SOPs.
- Perform surprise audits and security checks.
- Monitor CCTV footage and investigate irregularities.
- Analyze audit findings and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare audit reports and follow up on issue closures.
- Train store teams on SOP compliance and loss prevention.
Eligibility
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Retail Audit, Loss Prevention, Inventory Management, or Store Operations.
- Experience in multi-store retail environments is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and audit documentation.
