Who Should Apply
CA drop-outs with hands-on articleship or CA Inter-level experience are strongly preferred. Candidates who have cleared CA Inter / IPC (both groups) with relevant work experience are welcome to apply. Proficiency in Tally, MS Office, and tax software is required. Fluent English communication is essential.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and execute Statutory, Internal, and Concurrent Audits end-to-end including planning, team allocation, and review of working papers
- Supervise and guide a team of articled assistants and junior associates; provide on-the-job training and conduct internal reviews
- Handle Income Tax, GST filings and computations; oversee Tax Planning, IT Computation, Tax Litigation, and ROC Secretarial Compliance
- Lead finalization of accounts for clients across industries with accuracy and timely delivery
- Assist in International Taxation and Transfer Pricing assignments
- Act as primary point of contact for assigned clients; handle queries, coordinate documentation, and maintain client relationships
- Manage Company Formations, Licenses, Registrations, and other statutory compliances independently
- Contribute to Consulting Assignments and support partners in advisory activities
