Experience
- 4–5 years of accounting experience.
- Experience handling high volumes of transactions and vendor payments is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger accounting.
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and foreign vendor payments is desirable.
- Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Accuracy of accounting entries and reconciliations.
- Timely completion of month-end closing tasks.
- Reduction in outstanding reconciliation items.
- Compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
- Effective management of vessel-related accounting transactions.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
